Our Partnership with PPL
We’ve partnered with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the statewide fiscal intermediary for CDPAP, to ensure you and your chosen caregiver receive the support you need. This partnership provides a smooth, reliable, and compliant process for both consumers and personal assistants.
All consumers and personal assistants must be registered with PPL in order to participate in CDPAP. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way, offering expert support and answering questions throughout the enrollment and onboarding process. Community Home Health Care’s knowledgeable CDPAP specialists are dedicated to empowering consumers across New York State at no cost.
