    With the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), you have the freedom to receive care from someone you know and trust. Whether it’s a family member, a friend, or neighbor, your caregiver can be paid to support you at home. 


    Get Started With CDPAP


    CDPAP is a New York State Medicaid program that puts you in control of your care. Instead of being assigned a caregiver, you choose who provides your assistance. It’s a more personal, flexible approach to home care that prioritizes comfort, trust, and independence.

    Our Partnership with PPL

    We’ve partnered with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the statewide fiscal intermediary for CDPAP, to ensure you and your caregiver receive the support you need. This partnership assures a smooth and reliable process for both consumers and Personal assistants. 

    All consumers and Personal Assistants must be registered with PPL to receive CDPAP services. Our team is here to guide you through the process and answer questions along the way.
